The panel and tapered panel bodies offer interior work space with three or four full-length shelves on each side to provide carrying space for long-handled tools and equipment. The PAL Pro 39 is our new weight-optimized generation of bodies available in 9' and 11' configurations. In this development, we discovered new ways to reduce weight to create the lightest steel crane body in the industry without sacrificing durability.

Featuring new light-weight aluminum doors, the PAL Pro 39 offers you a more usable payload and reduced corrosion. Choose from various standard options to meet your service truck needs, including a headache rack, accessory mounting brackets, tail shelf and bumper options, and more.
PAL Pro 39 is manufactured using 12-gauge A-60 galvanneal steel and features a full-length torsion box understructure interlaced with tubular cross members. Combined with integrated outrigger housings, PAL Pro 39 effectively manages crane forces while preventing flexing and cracking.
PAL Pro 39 features a 39,000 ft. lbs. crane reinforcement designed to accommodate PALFINGER PSC 3216, 4016, 4025, 5025, and 6025 service cranes.
PAL Pro 39 is designed to be the lightest steel crane body in the industry without sacrificing durability. The body can be mounted on a dual wheel chassis with a GVWR as low as 14,001 lbs., providing excellent flexibility for a wide range of applications. Threaded weldment options available from the factory make installing top mounted accessories easy. Boom rest, welder, compressor, EnPak, Air-n-Arc and AirPak mounts eliminate the need to drill holes in the body.
PAL Pro 39 features light-weight aluminum double panel doors that provide rigid performance with internal C-channel stiffeners adhered with structural adhesive. Interior compartments feature aluminum hinges and divider trays that are light-weight and corrosion resistant.
Interior compartments on the PAL Pro 39 are coated with Zolatone to resist damage commonly caused by tools, chains, and parts. Zolatone provides an additional layer of rust protection and as an added bonus, the coating is white in color and helps to brighten up the interior.
PAL Pro 39 features either a 12" or 21" deep work bench bumper designed to provide technicians with a useable work surface for field repairs, welding, and more. Each bumper features a 1/4" steel top plate and the 21" bumper adds a thru-compartment for internal storage of long tools and chains. All PAL Pro 39 bumpers come standard with a 2" receiver tube hitch rated to 16,000 lbs. towing capacity.

The PAL Pro 43 will handle any crane rated for a load moment of 43,000 ft/lbs., with a max loading moment of 50,000 ft/lbs. Available in many standard 9' and 11' configurations, it is designed with a hybrid torsion box and ladder frame understructure utilitizing the hightest quality 10ga A60 galvanenneal and structural steel cross members for superior strength.
The frame, bumper, outrigger tubes and crane box are all integrated to deliver the force of the crane load to the outriggers, leaving the body untouched by the load forces. The body is made from 12ga A60 galvanneal, with treadplate topes and load space. Eight 6,000 lb. tie downs in the floor of the body, a 5/16" top plate on the bumper, 2" hitch receiver and 3 point latching doors are all standard.
The doors are a two piece top hat design held together with automotive adhesive to eliminate welds, and utilize 316 marine grade stanless steel hinges. All this, plus a 12 step e-coat dip process for the primer and 6 year warranty on the body and hardware -- and you have the new standard in superior crane bodies.

The Z-Spec Dump Body is designed to be multi-functional, from the integrated 3/4 cab shield to the patented rear EZ-Latch system. This body, with its sleek styling will give you many features not found on conventional dump bodies such as the standard 22" rear board pockets that make hauling the heavy or bulky loads a breeze.
All Zoresco bodies are painted on carts, so there is never a danger of overspray onto the chassis. Additionally, the fully boxed top rail on all sides and tailgate can be painted underneath, offering maximum coverage and protection.
Vertical braces are on the sides and the tailgate, and the side rails are at a 45 degree angle to shed dirt, keeping you and those around you on the road safe.
A once piece floor, radius sides and interlaced cross members complete the construction of the body. Lights are recessed in the rear posts which are flush with the tailgate.

Our DuraPlate utility truck bodies are designed to provide maximum capacity and corrosion resistance, while providing a smooth exterior that’s perfect for graphics.
DuraPlate® is durable material that is commonly used in construction of semi-trailers. The panel is constructed of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) core, bonded between two sheets of pre-coated galvanized steel skins. These materials produce a composite panel that is extremely strong, lightweight, and damage resistant.

A general purpose high cube dry freight van body, with added space as the primary advantage of the Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood construction. The absence of exterior seams and rivets provides an ideal surface for custom decals and painting. FRP is also very durable and dent resistant. Our FRP bodies utilize the same quality construction of our aluminum bodies including DuraPlate® swing doors and stainless steel bar lock hardware.
