Sutton Ford is proud to have been awarded a Sourcewell contract for Automobiles, SUVs, Vans, and Light Trucks with Related Equipment and Accessories. Through this agreement, eligible public agencies can purchase Ford vehicles and related upfits from Sutton Ford using a competitively solicited national cooperative contract instead of running their own full RFP.
WHAT IS SOURCEWELL?
Sourcewell is a public government agency and service cooperative that runs a national cooperative purchasing program for:
- Government and tribal entities
- K–12 and higher education
- Nonprofit organizations
Sourcewell aggregates the purchasing power of thousands of members and conducts competitive solicitations on their behalf. Contracts are publicly bid and awarded to qualified suppliers so that participating agencies can buy directly from the awarded contracts instead of issuing separate solicitations—subject to their own state and local procurement requirements.
Membership is free for eligible entities, with no purchasing commitments or volume quotas.
Important: Sourcewell provides the competitively awarded contract. Your organization is responsible for confirming that cooperative purchasing is permitted under your local laws and internal policies.

Model availability, trims, and configurations are subject to current Ford production, allocation, and Sourcewell contract parameters.
TURNKEY UPFITTING & RELATED EQUIPMENT
Under this Sourcewell agreement, Sutton Ford can bundle vehicles plus related equipment and accessories to deliver ready-for-service units, including:
- Patrol and pursuit builds (Police Interceptor Utility and other platforms)
- Unmarked, detective, and administrative vehicles
- Light-duty service trucks with utility or service bodies
- Cargo and trades vans with shelving, partitions, roof racks, and storage solutions
- Lighting, sirens, consoles, prisoner partitions, weapons storage, cargo management, technology mounts, and more
Sutton Ford works with established upfitters and component brands (such as Setina, Federal Signal, Havis, Holman, and major body builders) to deliver compliant, documented configurations under the Sourcewell contract framework.

- If not, you can register directly on Sourcewell’s website. Registration is free for qualifying education, government, and nonprofit entities.
